How do I buy? Navigate to the Settings menu in Autopilot, select a plan and number of contacts required, then enter your credit card details. If you are paying annually, for US $3,500 or more, you can pay via invoice (contact sales). Can I upgrade or downgrade later? Autopilot is priced based on plan level and the number of contacts in your database. As you grow, upgrade at any time and you will be charged pro-rata through the end of your billing term. You can downgrade at any time, but changes will not take effect until the start of the next term. What is a contact? In Autopilot, a contact is a person with a unique email address. Contacts can be added in several ways, including when a user fills out a tracked form, via import from your Salesforce CRM, or via an uploaded list.
